JUST THE JOB
A GREAT SELECTION OF SOLDERING IRON TIPS. IDEAL FOR THE VERY SMALL SOLDERING PROJECTS TO THE MORE COMPLICATED ONES. THEY FIT MY SOLDERING IRON PERFECTLY. FOR THIS PRICE YOU CANT GO WRONG. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Excellent, but
Fitted to a cheap no-name Chinese iron. Checked dimensions before ordering and they fit. It just worked as a soldering iron should, no need for tip tinner, excellent flow. I was using it with lead solder.Knocked one star off - I was using one of the 'needle' tips and it seems to corrode/dissolve quickly, maybe a couple of mm in a day's soldering. But they are cheap enough, a lot better than iron tips. I'd buy again.

Worst tips I’ve ever bought.
Avoid this cheap rubbish and buy a decent brand. I bought them to add to my collection of tips for a soldering station with temperature adjustment. These tips went black in less than an hour of intermittent use at 385’C. (soldering iron wasn’t left on unless in use) , one of them covered the ceramic heat core in black flakes, 2 were bent after only 2 uses on SMD chips at 400’C. Sent them back for a refund and bought 2 x Hakko tips instead which cost more but were worth every penny.

Heat up fast and solder really well.They have a shorter life compared to steel ones etc but they work well.
