Al principio dije pues quién sabe si me ayuden, hoy me puse unos tenis que tenía guardados (cuando no usaba las plantillas) y fué increíble sentir la sensación de desgaste que mi pisada hacía a la suela! Con las plantillas mi pisada ha mejorado bastante y las puedo mover a uno u otro calzado (no tiene caso dejarlas pegadas). Me encantaron

I work from home and had been wearing slipper socks. I was having problems with knee pain and my ankles were starting to roll inward, over-pronation. I purchased what I thought were a good pair of hard sole slippers but there wasn’t any arch support, so I bought these to insert in them. Wow, what a difference. The knee pain is gone and my ankles don’t roll anymore. I didn’t think these would make such a difference, but they do.

They seem to work well so far and have stayed stuck where I needed them.

Best orthotics I've ever used. Most of them are almost painful on the arch. These work with my slides-- a pari I don't think i'd be able to walk in if it weren't for these. They breath, keep my foot in place and offer amazing comfort. And best of all they are more invisible in the back so they don't show in slides.

Years ago I went to a Good Feet store and shilled out $500 for orthotics that were uncomfortable. These illiminated my foot pain immediately for a fraction of the price.
