When I ordered this brand I wasn’t expecting to much. Boy, was I surprised !! I had always purchased Starbucks but I suddenly found myself without transportation for about 10 days. I had to have some hot chocolate and had none, so I turned to amazon. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. This product had a more chocolate taste and is very satisfying. It will be what I will be ordering from now on! Sorry Starbucks—there’s a better hot chocolate in town

This is the most disappointed I've ever been with a purchase. Luckily, I could easily landfill this without too much remorse at the money spent.I wish I were just being unfair and butt-hurt. However, I had several other people try it out. I even tried using the lower water settings on my several brewing devices. No matter what I did it tasted horrible. Seriously. Nobody that drank it enjoyed it.I don't even like overly sweet things, this had zero flavor. Or I should say, it had the flavor of drinking hot water from a coffee mug that at one point contained hot chocolate. So, like re-hydrated residue.Anyway, get something else. I'm not sure who Maude is, but unless she's in charge of food and beverage of a prison system - she's missed her calling.

My wife likes this a lot but I find it does not have a strong chocolate flavor. Nice but not as good as home made.

The price was right but the quality isn’t. Another failed dark chocolate mix. It’s not as good as milk chocolate, it’s dark in color but watery and bland.

This product had an artificial chocolate taste as well as a medicinal odor. Coming in at 60 calories and 9 grams of sugar, one has to wonder why it still requires the following artificial sweeteners (acesulfame potassium and sucralose) and a number of multi-syllabic chemicals.I would stick to their coffees and teas and pass on their blends if the other blends are just like this.

I have a daughter that’s on a restrictive diet for medical reasons and she says this is really good and tastes better than the regular hot chocolate that she could only have rarely as a treat. She can drink this whenever she wants. The price wasn’t bad either. Since it’s a K-cup she can make it for herself (disabled person).I will be buying this again.

Best Hot Dark Chocolate on the market, Love it !

I was a little bit scared to buy the product after reading some reviews.... so many kcups exploded in the machine... Fortunately, it didn't happened to me. The product tastes real good and I love it!

At this price point I expected a luxurious cup of full flavoured hot chocolate. What I got was very bland and watery. So disappointed. Do not waste your money on this poor excuse for hot chocolate.

I love this hot chocolate as it is vegan and have purchased it many times but unfortunately the last time I purchased it I was given a box of Mochaccino Mocha instead. I wasn’t very happy as i could not exchange it for what I ordered. I do not drink coffee and threw it out so i was out the product as well as the money.
