GREAT VALUE
Problem solver. When your grill does not warm up as much as normal, suspect the regulator. For $10 dollars it is an inexpensive trouble shooting method. Regulators fail (can be reset sometimes) outdoors all the time. Recommend on as a spare if you barbecue often.

Perfect upgrade from stock in-line regulator
The propane regulator that came with my gas grill was a straight-through design, so that every time the propane cylinder is pulled out then pushed back in, the hose would be bent sharply and after time the hose developed a hole. This right-angle design totally eliminates any sharp bends to the hose so it will hopefully last a long time. Highly recommended.

Runs a little hot!
Bought to replace on a Weber Spirit. Easy install, but it gets the grill much hotter than the OEM. Installed a new thermometer with the old regulator, and the temperature difference is about 90-110 degrees hotter. On the lowest pit settings and all three burners on, temps are still in the 400s. Having to crack open grill to lower the temp. We'll see how much longer we continue this.

Cheaply made and stopped performing after 4 months
Initially good price and easy to replace the older weber hose and regulator, after only 4 months the burners will not stay lit, or even get the grill above 300 degrees. Sometimes if I leave the grill open the burners will stay lit longer, but eventually it shuts down. I checked the small screens near the burner orifice and they are clean. I've shut it off waited, slowly opened the tank, started the first burner and then the other two but never seems to get very hot. Will try the grill pro 80012 recommended by others.
