Cheap material, no silver sequins; too costly for quality.
the material is just a cheap synthetic cloth; no silver sequins; the black plastic Sequins are allover and has some shine at an angle, but no silver sequin.. it doesn't have a georgette feel or fall. Totally deceiving and too costly.
