Direct replacement and durable stainless steel .

Bought these heat deflectors to replace the originals on my Char-Griller Model 3001, which is now almost 12 years old. The 3001 has been a tank and been slowly replacing original parts. Haven’t really put the deflectors to the heat test to see if they hold up. The fit is perfect. And before installing, inspected the deflectors. Nicely packaged and no chips or imperfections in the coating that I could see. I have seen other reviews from other distributors of parts that were not positive. Will update review after some use. But definitely would but other replacement parts from Direct Store Parts.

These fit my grill perfectly. The quality seems better than the OEM parts as they seem a bit thicker material. Easy to install and no issues so far.

They look good, heat seems to dissipate well. Replaced my stock 8 year old seriously rusted out ones for not too much money. Would have been nice to have them include new mounting hardware - I didn't think about the fact that the tabs that typically interface with these would also be rusted out - mine were essentially gone. Still my grill doesn't do a lot of traveling and these seem pretty sturdy just sitting on top of the old rusted out hardware so I'll have to see if I end up putting in new hardware or if I just leave it like it is. They seem well made, no chips or anything on mine. Pretty inexpensive way to spruce up my grill, give it another few years before it rusts itself into oblivion.

Good quality replacement part!

I go to my Dad's just about every weekend and we grill out. My brothers & I bought him a grill roughly 10 yrs ago and he has used it A LOT. A few weekends ago, we were grilling and the fire kept flaring. and I know how clean he keeps his grill so something had to be wrong. I told him I would buy him a new grill, but he wouldn't go for it, so I let it go and I told him I would clean up after grilling. The old heat plates were a disaster! I immediately ordered these and they arrived in just a couple of days. He replaced the old ones and is so happy that his grill is working "like new" again!

They fit my Oklahoma Joe grill/smoker but they do have pointed ends which makes for a wobbly fit. Time will only tell if this flaw will cause problems.
