This AstroAI multimeter will surprise you in two ways:1. It’s somehow worse than the *free* one from a well known cheapo tool store known for its Freight it receives from the Harbor.2. Despite its name, the product does not contain any AI! At least I don’t think so.How could you live without AI in your multimeter? Well, let me tell you. As soon as I got the AstroAI multimeter in my hands, I ran a continuity test on a known circuit and it didn’t work. I tried it again, then it worked. Trying it the third time, it worked with a lag. Trying it by directly connecting the two probes, it cycled between working, not working, and working with a lag.Maybe it does have AI, and that explains the lag? I mean on one hand, you could just have a simple DC circuit with a buzzer, and on the other hand, you could have a deep neural network evaluating the input circuit against AstroAI’s proprietary LMMM (Large Multi Meter Model).I have no idea which direction AstroAI went with this multimeter, but I do know this: 50% of the time, it works every time.
