Please can someone tell me if these are all individually wrapped?

Yes. They took a while to unwrap but it keeps them clean at least!

can i order 6 specific ones or does it have to be within a set?

I did not get a choice of colours when I ordered

What age are these suitable from?

The youngest child I have given them to is 7. Watch out for your furniture, as these can leave a residue on some surfaces. Small children could be tempted to put these in their mouths, so maybe not too young. My 10 year old gets the most out of them as fidget toys.
