Good kit, but everything comes disassembled, and you have to string it all together. Cute set though.

Love the decorations - went to local grocery store to blow up balloons.

These decorations looked Fabulous!! It did take some time to put the banners together though, so plan on doing that way ahead of time.

The banner does not come completed. You must thread the letters, numbers and decor on to the line yourself. Not the manufacturer's fault at all but that banner not being premade is ridiculous. Also, I also had trouble locating a store willing to inflate the number 21 balloons as there is a helium shortage. Even when I offered to pay the price of their balloons, they would only inflate the mylar, not the latex. Keep that in mind when ordered balloons that unless you have your own tank, you may have difficulties. The decorations were otherwise beautiful.

Perfect set for my daughter’s 21st birthday party. Super easy to put together and the balloons were very easy to blow up and were high quality. Would definitely recommend this set to anyone!

I loved this 25th birthday decoration kit when I saw it. That was the beginning and the ending, of what there was to love. I had NO idea that I needed to read the description on a birthday banner, to see that, you had to put the banner together yourself. Then only to realize, in stringing the letters together, that not every letter was punched out at the top. The letters are flimsy. Trying to punch the tiny circle out, ended in the letters being bent!! Not only are some letters bent, but my fingerprints are all over them, from my handling of the shiny letters. The latex balloons smelled terrible!!!! I threw them away. I seriously regret purchasing these. Am now stuck with having to deal with this.

These decorations are cute, but have some flaws. The banner has little punchouts that need taken out so you can thread the banner together. It is cute, but very easy to bend, and if you're not super careful, the punchout piece can tear into the rest of the banner. The balloons seemed ok, but if you use tape to stick them anywhere, they'll pop if you're not careful when taking off the wall. The 0 balloon was perfect, but the #1 balloon, the whole one side was not sealed. I tried taping it, but it still leaked air quickly. I was disappointed as I realized this within 24 hours of the party. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but the big #1 balloon not being usable was a no go. Please fix that issue, and it'll be a decent product. I tried getting a partial credit being as the main reason I bought it was unusable, but it said I had to return the whole thing. How do you do that when all the other balloons are already blown up? I could send pics for my proof, but can not send back what I have. Amazon or the seller needs to find a way to make it right.

There is everything I could need to decorate the room for my daughter’s 22nd birthday party. Other than some blue tac!The wording is cut from rose gold foiled card, but bear in mind it needs threading to make the banners which takes a long time so don’t leave it until the last minute!Also included are plenty of balloons.It was a lovely surprise to find decorations specifically for a 22nd birthday.Very happy with the quality too.
