Well made easy to charge and use expensive but works well

Does what it says on the can

Once charged it is sufficient to move my lawn of 50'x50'. It takes about an hour to get fully charged. It's been 5 months since I purchased it and no issues so far.

The main objection is the battery size issue, which is not clarified in the adverts this is very anniying and expensive to solve.

This battery in itself is a good one however not powerful enough to run the device i purchased which was a scarifier its power was depleted in about 15 minutes which is not a fault with battery just its designed ampere hour capacity which defines all batteries, anyway it would be as useful battery say for a hedge trimmer or blower but any high torque machine it struggles I hope it will have a long life and I will be more than satisfied.

I bought this 2.5 AH battery because the 2.0 AH battery I bought at additional cost when purchasing my Greenworks Cordless Lawnmower last year (2021 ) produced a running time of under 10 minutes meaning I was having to constantly mow my lawn over 2 days (to allow the battery to sufficiently recharge) which was extremely frustrating.On the assumption that this new battery would extend the running time to maybe 15-20 minutes allowing me to cut my lawn in one go like a normal person. Initially when I received the battery in May 2022 this was the typical running time and I was satisfied with my decision to buy it but within around 6 weeks I experienced rapid deterioration in the running time with sub 10 minutes maximum achievable so I was back to where I started hence I contacted Amazon again and returned the product for a refund.Finally during this process I also contacted Greenworks Customer Service by email and was told 10-15 minutes run time was around the normal time but their product specs for the battery claimed longer running times because I wouldn't have bought the mower or the batteries otherwise !!I'm now left with the situation of having to consider purchasing their other larger AH batteries at further significant cost with no guarantee of enhanced performance based on their track record or write off my outlay on their mower in the first place - very unsatisfactory. So future buyers beware.

Poi alla fine si va sempre sul prodotto che da più garanzie e affidabilità. Avendo già acquistato tagliasiepi e tagliarami della Greenworks mi è venuto naturale comprare una seconda batteria della stessa marca.

Note technique dans l'état d'une maintenance obligée sur ce matériel alimenté par des batteries de puissance 40 volts ….la motorisation y est très qualifiée , dans sa polyvalence d' application de motoculture sous puissance délivrée de 40 volt ; néanmoins la connectique n'y est pas adaptée correctement en rapport avec la technologie des CMS du circuit électronique qui y figure....plus spécifiquement dans ses applications pointues et vitales, il y a source de dépendance à se ravitailler en composants et carte électroniques, partant défaut d'autonomie au niveau service après vente qui pourrait ainsi se trouver en défaut de finition.
