Good build quality
The product has a very good build quality, the wire is long enough to get the task completed. It us easy to use and the spring provided to catch the clog is also good. However cant say anything about the handle which is made of plastic

Not a useful item
The spring is very hard to use. The length of the wire is about 60". The claw is very thin. It should be more wide to be able to grab and hold properly.
