Timeliness
I bought this scooter a year ago and for some unknown reason, the battery died abruptly. Thinking most electric scooter batteries last more than just a year, I reached out to the manufacturer. I was not only happy by their prompt response but more importantly their willingness to provide solutions to the issue with whatever it takes had impressed me beyond compare. I was able to send my scooter to their repair shop and within a week they shipped it back with fully functional! I’d recommend it for their great customer service and timeliness. Besides, their product is great. My scooter still runs great and serves a purpose for what scooter is made for!!! 😁

Incredibly happy with this purchase
Pros:- price (under $300)- build (solid)- speed (16.3mph on flat surface for 2+miles)*I rode parallel to my wife on my bigger scooter to clock the speed)- distance (we did almost 10 miles and battery charge level shows about 50% remaining, but it could be closer to 25%, which is the next bar down once it reaches that level. So 26-50% left realistically)- incline level & speed (lots of under road passes on the trail so many up and down slopes of 10-25%, and the scooter maintained speed and managed all the slopes flawlessly. (Wife weighs 55kg/121lbs)- display and acceleration (bright and clear, smooth speed increase)- weight (my wife cannot carry mine, which is over double the weight of her’s - this scooter. The light weight is very important for her)Cons:- poor shock absorber (teeth rattler over bumps and seams between asphalt or concrete joins, or small dips and potholes)- noisy rear mudguard (tinny rattling sound as the rear wheel goes over small bumps or cracks)- no digital lock (turn it on and go, so if someone cuts through the cable lock I bought, then they can use the scooter)- no cruise control (having to hold the throttle lever down for long trips is irritating and makes your thumb ache)Reason for 5 Star ⭐️ rating. For the money, the solid build, speed and distance, as well as easy to use controls, and a very bright front light make it perfect for us and our trips to the local shops, hospitals, restaurants and scenic trails. All within a 5 mile radius. Super happy with this purchase despite some small annoyances.

STOP WORKING AFTER SIX MONTHS
I purchased the scooter six months ago . Initially, I was impressed by its sleek design and promising features. However, my experience has been marred by a significant issue that emerged recently. After six months of regular use, the scooter suddenly stopped working. While it still charges without any issues, it refuses to power on. This has rendered it unusable and frustrating, especially considering its relatively short lifespan before encountering problems.I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including checking the battery connections, inspecting for physical damage, and ensuring the charger is working correctly. Despite these efforts, the scooter remains non-functional. It appears there might be a deeper issue with either the battery or internal electronics that I'm unable to diagnose or repair myself.Overall, my initial excitement for the scooter has been overshadowed by its reliability concerns. While the scooter performed adequately for the first few months, its abrupt failure has left me disappointed. I appreciate the design and convenience it offered initially, but the reliability issues have made it difficult to recommend this product without reservations. For anyone considering purchasing the scooter , I would advise caution and thorough research into potential longevity and reliability issues. It may be worthwhile to explore alternative options or models with a more established track record for durability and customer support.

Solid entry level scooter, but get the 7.5ah
This is my first foray into the world of e-scooters. I wanted something not too expensive around the $300 mark, with decent speed and range. This scooter was just that on sale, and I opted for the 5.0ah version because it was a bit cheaper. Takes about 20 minutes to assemble out of the box, and mine came with 3/4 battery. At just under 200lbs, this scooter will reach the top advertised speed of 15.5mph (25kph) on the max speed setting, and even with a decent headwind only dropped to about 13mph. This doesn't sound too impressive if you're used to driving speeds, but for myself that's about equivalent to a full running sprint. On two small wheels, it feels pretty fast. Range is pretty good, but not the 9-12 miles as advertised. Might be a typo (either intentional or not), but the manual states 8-12km! range. I got just under 5 miles on my first range test, and that was with a almost full battery and I still had 1 battery bar left. That was also done almost exclusively on the top speed setting as well, so not too shabby. Overall, pretty satisfied with this unit so far. Build quality is pretty good. The solid tires are nice, as I don't ever have to fill them or worry about flats 3 miles form home, but you do feel every bump. One thing to note is make sure the metal rod that screws into the folding latch isn't too loose or tight. Too tight and it can't unlatch, too loose and a big bump will cause the handlebar to fold as the catch is jostled upwards which happened on my test run. However that was my fault and I don't blame the scooter's design for it, as I had loosened the rod earlier. Lights work, but not incredibly bright. Good for being seen at night, not so much for 'seeing' anything yourself. The screen is very, very bright; almost bothersome at night but not a huge deal. Easy enough fix with a piece of tape over it to diffuse the light if necessary. Acceleration is okay, not too slow or fast. Takes about 5 seconds to get to max speed (25kph) with the 4kph start. For experienced scooter riders, this unit may seem a bit boring. Too slow, not enough range, etc. But as a starting scooter for about $300 when I got it, I can recommend it as it certainly made me smile when I first got going. Only thing I wish I had done differently was spend the extra $20 for the 7.5ah version instead of the 5.0ah, but I was being too cautious on my first scooter purchase and tried to minimize risk with this guy. Overall, happy with the purchase and would recommend but note the range disparity from advertised and get the 7.5ah version instead.
