The battery in my computer was shot. I ordered this one, very happy with the price and got it when promised. I'm sure the battery is good, I still gave it 5 stars. Very easy to install. I thought the issue with my laptop was the battery, come to find out, there was another issue and it crashed. Now I have a brand new battery and no laptop to put it in.

Fairly easy to remove the old battery which wasn't holding a charge, and replace with this new one. Works as it should. Worth buying.

We bought a replacement battery from hp for more money and the battery never fully charged or held the charge. Replaced it with this one last week and so far it's working better than the last one. We can disconnect the laptop from the charger and it will still work.

The battery itself was easy to install once the HP Pavilion was opened. Opening the bottom of the laptop was quite difficult, but that is not a battery problem. The battery seems to have a short number of hours of charge. I would buy another brand if I could know ahead of time how many hours of use it can handle and for how long before the battery needs to be replaced again

Replaced the battery in my son's laptop used at school. The battery stopped holding a charge about 8 months later. Should have gone with a brand name.

as of july 2022 the battery only show 80 % of capacity as of now sept 15.22 it show only 50% of capacity even when it is pluged in , there is something wrong with it
