Loved the diffuser
I was not sure what to expect when I ordered but I just love it. So convenient and I use it everyday. Refreshes the living space and makes it so warm and calm.

Avoid buying! Use at your own risk.
The media could not be loaded. I would not recommend the product. From the pictures it shows that base is opened to replace bulb. But the base is by default open with the metal clip. Imagine you have a metal top table! I ordered two at once. The second one was missing the bulb.Without going ahead to use, I tried to place return+refund. To my surprise, even though this was "prime" category product this option was not available on Phone app.Disappointed and scared, I went ahead and tried the product. It worked for about 10 mins. In which the bulb seemed to release light smoke, eventually sparked and tripped the mains of electric supply.This was it. I tried return+refund through PC/Web this time. And it gave me option to proceed to customer support. Which I did. I told them about my experience and were kind enough to take my case.To the maker/seller of this product. The idea is good but the implementation is faulty. Kindly make changes to ensure electric safety, and possibly better bulb for the purpose.

Not so good
Heating is not enough. The bulb stopped working after two uses of about two hours each.

Must buy...
The media could not be loaded. Good quality, the light heats up and the oil gets heated and spreads fragrance.... Easy to use...

The bulb us very high wattage so instead of diffusing aroma it diffuses burning smell.

nice product
received this yesterday and when i filled the water, realisedthe holder is a bit tilted-not straight and you can see from the photo that the water level is more towards the right side. my table is totally levelled as its my work table so i guess its just an assembly error. wont be returning it. the lavender oil i got smells nothing like english or french lavender (which i use all the time, so can tell the fragrance is not right) but its a faint pleasing aroma. after keeping it on for about 30-40 minutes, i notice tiny wisps of smoke occassionally coming out of the opening in the holder-dont know if this is normal, will ask the seller directly.
