Great lights!
These lights are really nice and they last a very long time. They install easily. Just make sure to use the tabs in the light housing, these fit perfectly.

if you are just converting outside cans to Leds, these look great and easy to install

Instalation Flexability!
EZ to install your self. These adjustable lights performed beyond expectations. The fixture has a built in swivel. I installed mine to appear a modern diamond shaped replacing the round lights that came with the house. Very Happy. BTW the light is dimmed down about 60% in the photo.

Very bright!
I am replacing Parmida lights of the same style since they no longer offer spring style connectors. I don't know why Parmida went to a fan style pressure blade setup... In comparison, these lights are brighter than the Parmida brands (greater luminosity). They function more like flood lights than spot lights... less shadows produced.

Do NOT fit 5 inch cans.
Cheaper to purchase new complete lights.Color spectrum did not match existing lights.

I liked the brightness control. Ease of installation. The spring attachments are super for the installation process. Great product

They don't sit right.
I installed these in a bathroom and they don't pull tight against the ceiling like other can lights do. So in a bathroom, you want a lights sealed tight.. for the money, I don't think I'd recommend these.
