It has helped a lot with regulating my menstrual cycle. Perhaps not what it’s advertised for but after much googling came upon this and I have noticed a big difference.

Best source of potent pomegranate available, IMO. Life Extension offers 30% 'Punicalagins' per cap/serving; this is the major ingredient that offers all the health benefits of pomegranate.........and at 30% of 400 mg, it is WAY higher than any other pomegranate supplement I have found.

I have been taking Life Extention Promgrante Complete for a couple of months and works. I have energy throughout the day.

You all know how supplements go. You don’t really know if they’re working. However, this pomegranate seed capsule seems to be a definite enhancement. I’ve noticed my joints have a bit more flexibility. After golf, usually the next day, this 73 year old body really feels it. But lately, I haven’t felt as stiff and my recovery rate was better. I can’t wholeheartedly endorse this product, but I will tell you I’m on my second bottle.

Best Pomegranate extract available. It's important to get a complex that has the full spectrum of ingredients that include the Flower, seed, and fruit. The Flower extract portion was recently shown to reduce atherosclerotic plaque lesions by 70% in comparison to 40% with a fruit only extract. So it's important to include all active constituents. The only other Pomegranate extract I believe, is the 2nd best Terry naturally Pomegranate seed oil extract.

I heard about it from Dr Nirala Jacobi in a podcast and decided to give it a try. I'm shocked that it actually seems to have a noticeable, beneficial impact on my severe methane-dominant SIBO.

I have taken this supplement for a long time and long time user of LEF products. But this Bottle had a horrible smell ( and instantly noticed it after opening) and it made me nauseous and almost threw up. I have had 2 other times with other Life Extension supplements smelling real bad after opening the bottle and noticed this happened only in the hottest part of the summer. The last time was their Blueberry Extract Capsules. I e-mailed LEF and they said it was supposed to smell that way. Believe me, Its NOT Supposed to knock you over after removing the cap. Some slight smell is normal. It is apparent to me that wherever these supplements are kept, are getting too hot and they are going bad and gassing off. I have never had a problem with this during the winter or cooler weather seasons. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon, but no contact info is given or I couldn't find it. I finally get a refund by going through the Amazon Chat Help. I could't talk to a rep because the AI choices prevented me choosing a real person to talk to. The AI said it was not returnable and nothing else could be done.
