warrenty does it mean if it breaks the will send you a new one or is it only during installation

I have purchased from them last year, and when the screen protector basically shattered, I emailed them for a replacement. They wanted me to give them my order #, (I guess so they can check to see if I actually bought from them) and wanted me to send them a photo of my shattered screen protector! All that, just to have it replaced! But, they DID send me a preplacement. About a week later.

does the screen have a blue outline?

The protector is completely clear

Will this fit an iPhone 7?

I have an IPhone 6 they both have the same screen size

Can I request a replacement?

need a replacement screen protector for my Samsung galaxy a51 as protector has cracks
