Variety 2-pack New Hope Mills Pancake Mixes: Buckwheat & Blueberry [1 of Each]

The Old Fashioned Buckwheat is my all time favorite!

My son loves the blueberry and buckwheat. I make enough batter so I can refridgerate leftover mix for a few days.

This was a Christmas gift and was just what the recipient wanted. The whole family and guests love when these are on the breakfast menu.

I have to give it three stars because I love the product itself, but in mid December it arrived expired by 3 months and there must have been a tear somewhere as there was mix powder everywhere unfortunately.

I’m sold on New Hope Mixes and my Farmers don’t talk much when they’re wolfing down these rustic old school pancakes. I don’t have a waffle Iron but I can’t see where this would be a Plus. Saran wrapped individually in case of shipping mishaps. Nice!
