Haven't noticed any improvement yet, but have high hopes and will continue using them.

One review stated that they are tasteless; but they smell like cod liver oil. I hope that they aren't old because on the bottom of the bottle they were manufactured on 02/2014. Maybe that's why the cheap price. It also took a long time for delivery, I don't know where they came from.
