Niteangle products are good

I love the ladder itself, it’s super thick, easy to clean and my hammie loves to climb :) The only thing is that the hooks don’t fit very well with all Niteangel products. I purchased the 3-chamber hide and the edges were a bit too thick for the ladder to hook on to. I’m still working on filling the gap but for now I filled it with some moss

Much safer than bendable bridges since there are no open gaps. I used it with the rectangular sand bath and it works great!

Super cute. I put mine inside of my hammies sandbox so she’s able to get in it out, it sort of doubles as a hide. I love watching her go up and down it!

Our dwarf hamster has no issues climbing other cage items, but this is way too big for a Kaytee cage. It's too bulky and needs to be about half the width that it is. Currently 3 dwarf hamsters could stand side by side on this thing and still have a lot of room. I tried to modify mine and the angle of how steep this item is and still my little guy kept slipping down. Overall, we will keep the item as I have already altered the product, but if you're buying for a dwarf hamster, in my experience, this doesn't work. Its built well and is pretty, but a pass for me.P.S.: Designers, make one half the size, not as easy to slip on, and make the "hinges" work for Kaytee cages. As of now it is way too big. Maybe some small gaps between the logs so the hamsters can grab onto something and don't slip backwards.

Bought for my male Syrian, hooks onto the platform and is nice and sturdy. No gaps to trap little toes.

Good quality and a good size. It doesn't seem like it's waterproof but I'm sure I'll be able to do that myself with some plastikote. My hammy will definitely find it easy to climb. Delivery was on time.

It came the next day with Prime. Super fast shipping. However, the built into the ladder wooden hooks on the end are hard to hook onto things like the average hooks that aren't wood. Though I will buy various sizes again. These pretty much only hook onto their brand-name shelves and habitat houses and mazes. The wooden opening fits the very thin ledges of their brand. I bought 4 different kinds of this kind of various sizes and the large hideout bridge.
