They are what they are...like all the others. However... I had the bright idea...well...kinda, to change/switch the clips. Now the silver one has the black clip...nice look...and the black silver clip...very K00L.

Bought this originally for my wife but since it came with two, I leave mine in my car. It’s very discreet and it just looks like a cool pen but be careful you don’t accidentally poke yourself because the other side is very sharp. We did test this pen out and it writes smoothly and looks pretty cool. It makes me feel comfortable knowing my wife always keeps this with her when she’s walking late at night to her car after work. The sharp side is also a great thing to have just in case you get into a car accident and end up under water. (Maybe it’s just in the movies, but it’s a pretty good scenario) you do need to have a little force when it comes to using this tactical pen to break glass, but it will definitely break glass! We tested this item on an old glass table and after two hits, the glass shattered! Overall a great pen and a great tactical item to have for defense reasons or to break some glass!

These are beefy, cool looking pens. They have a wide diameter for larger hands but are surprisingly lightweight. The knurled half of the pens allow for a secure grip on the tungsten tip ends (ostensibly for emergency auto glass breaking or as a self-defense tool.) Oh, and the pen part is as good as an inexpensive Parker or Schaffer ball point. Four refills plus the two already in the pens make this a very good deal for $10 and change.

when I received this pen, it was much better than I expected. I could put a spare one in the car for a rainy day. I wold clip the other one in my small notebook and follow me. The working principle of this pen is the same as any other excellent writing tools. Fluent. I really like medium sized pen, and its effect is very good. Besides, two pens have their own refills, and there are four refills for replacing. I think I can use them for a long time. and other aspects are very solid and light. when I want to protect myself, it will be a good tool.

These write surprisingly well. I have oversized hands and like a pen with a bit of girth. The nice thing here, is that they’re not too long. Some “tactical pens” are just plain massive but these are just the right size. I don’t know if they’ll be of much use in a fight, but I got these to write with.

Love the tactical pens. Took one for myself and gave the other one to my wife. We both carry them just in case. You never know when it will be needed. It is great that it comes with some extra ink refills. The pens are really sturdy and have a great finish.

Really cool looking and have a sturdy feel. I would definitely recommend them for a non leathal edc

Cheap, effective, well made. Not the best but for the price it will do.

the material feels sturdy and durable.the glass breaker head is very sharp, operate with care. haven't test it on a glass but should be very effective against skin, eye, etc. the pen side is also usable to stab, if needed.the grip of the pen is not pleasurable but should stay if hold firmly.nice bonus of giving refill pens.for those who are buying it, i hope you will never use it.

The pen is very solid and I like the writing grip. The pen writes very well. The biggest issue is that after only a couple of months, the mechanism to retract the pen tip breaks. When I try to retract the pen tip, the pen ends up unscrewing open. It does not make a very reliable travel pen as the components will regularly come apart if left on a pocket for a day.

Didn’t come in a box so it would be hard to gift.Very heavy duty job site pen.I used the glass breaker as a metal scriber.You will need a big pen holder slot in your coveralls. This bad boy is large.

Mostly for looks on the "tactical" end of things, back end fell out on second jab at cardboard box, one drop and the end where the pen hole jammed so the nib won't go through, feels nice when working with gloves though, but the texturing under the clip causes damage to clothing and would be more functional overall if the texturing had better placement, also the clip is held in by the point like a screw, keeps coming loose but solved with some threadlocker.

These pens are a great addition to any EDC collection. The pens write smoothly, carry well and do not show immediate wear from being in pocket with other items.
