These are very nice ladders that fold up under your swim platform, but make sure you measure the width needed. I did not want to replace the brackets under the platform and this ladder is to narrow for my use.Nice ladder, but its going back due to width. Did not line up with the factory brackets on my 1998 Regal Ventura 6.8.

They changed the bolt pattern from the OEM one. They did not even have a blue print to give a layout print for the hole pattern.I am an Sr. Engineer and that is just as lame as it gets. Now stuck with a ladder that does not fit and have to fill all the holes and make a pattern and drill new ones on the swim deck.I will not be using this ladder. I will install another brand instead.

Same comment as an earlier reviewer. Online specs say this is 14" overall width. There is nothing close to 14" overall width on this ladder. It is only 10.5" between the centers of the pipes on each side of the ladder. Have to return it. Looks like it was a very nice ladder if it would fit.

I installed this on a 1998 bayliner capri to replace a two step ladder and it fit the existing fittings perfectly and fits under the swim platform. Hopefully this helps those that want to retrofit an existing 2 step ladder with a 3 step ladder that is easier to use.

This ladder is great if you want to have your ladder store under your platform and stays out of your way.
