Two years and going strong
I've had this TV for more than two years and still flawless. Sharp and vibrant images from the day I bought it. I have plenty of windows and the display has minimal reflection. The sound is as expected from a TV, so it is paired with LG surround which address the quality. The software and apps are still being updated which is a plus. Wireless works great with my 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. Apps are reasonably responsive, expect this with any Android-based smartTV, things will slow down over time, set your expectations and you won't be disappointed. Remote survived multiple drops and the gyro still works.I have the 83" & 65" version of this TV, no issues after couple of years. Hoping to have many more as I do not plan on changing anytime soon. Best TV I've owned.

Phenomenol TV, get it while its still in stock. Same as the more expensive C2 model
This is for the 83" version. Came in a few days early, undamaged and with added protection from the freight company. Panel is perfect with no damage. I am coming from a 77CX and this is appreciably brighter with a bit more punch in the same setting (controlled lighting and mostly dark environment). Actually puts out less heat than the 77CX (probably due to the more efficiency EVO panel which all 83C1s have but isn't officially marketed). Save some money and get this instead of the 83C2 since it is the exact same thing, even down to the more slimmer bezel size. Warranty was easy to register, sent a message to Beach Camera and they sent me my warranty # and I used that to register on the CPS side. Little known fact, the CPS warranty actually covers burn in as well. So well worth it.

Love the TV. No instructions. Shipping was horrible.
The TV has a beautiful picture. Husband wanted the 77" and you can see the screen from the ocean… just kidding. No instructions on the set-up. One screw became stripped and putting the additional piece on the stand was a mess, because there were no instructions and we failed to add the additional piece before screwing it in. We did not hang it because of the original paneling in the house...Now for the bad. The fellow that brought it in was supposed to help set it up. He agreed to help bring it in the house. When asked for his assistance, he tried, but knew nothing about this product. He brought it in and took the container out.You will love the tv. There is nothing not to love really, but be careful about the shipper.

Works great best TV i've ever owned.
This was my first OLED TV. I'm still a little worried about burn in but i purchased the 5 year warranty. Hopefully that never happens. Otherwise the TV is great. The colors are vibrant, has a built in game mode that you can adjust. The sound is very good, no need for a sound bar. I have a ROKU stick so i don't bother with the apps on the TV but they're available. I can't comment on those because i've never used it for those but i've seen the menu.

Get away from CPS and LG
I bought this TV since 1/8/2022. This TV stopped working on 1/25/2023. It's only 1 year and 17 days. LG claimed the warranty was expired so they pushed to CPS. CPS couldn't get this problem solved til today 1/31/2024. This case is not ended. Ridiculous product that I have ever purchased. CPS is a lie.

Great TV especially for gaming.
The TV took a very long time to ship out, ordered July 17th and shipped out Aug 6th but arrived quickly after it was shipped. The TV was very easy to setup, 3 screws to complete the stand and 4 more screws to attach the panel to the stand. Picture quality is great, blacks are very black, gaming features are all supported (4K, 120hz, low latency in gaming mode, etc). Overall very happy with the TV.

Great picture, great TV. Not the best apps
The picture looks great. The sound is even good for a TV. The input options are great. The menu is not as user friendly as my Samsung. The GCN app is not available from the LG store, like on my Samsung. I really have nothing bad to say about this TV, which is good since I bought it. I love the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos ready options, and how the TV shows you it's activated when it does. I would buy it again.

Excellent Picture - horrible warranty - bump it & it breaks factory defect
This tv worked flawlessly for 3 years and had a very crisp picture. However, it was bumped and then would no longer power up (red LED lights but black display only). Upon checking online this seems to be a common problem with this LG model. We purchased a 4 year warranty but Amazon's warranties are a joke... they will find a loop hole whereby the seller does not have to replace the unit. We are switching to purchasing all home media (TVs, speakers, receivers, etc.) to the other BB local guys. Their warranties are much better and they will send someone out to check it out. Check online for Amazon TV warranty reviews before purchasing a unit from them! $5K mistake on my part but never again.
