Excellent product, relatively easy to install, and a great help to 100 year old wife when she needs my help.

I bought this item to give my partner a little more security and myself freedom around the house following his very recent stroke.So that if you like,he could have me at his beck-and-call.It provides both a static pager which adheres to his bedside cabinet and a pendant.I only have a small house so I have one receiver in the spare bedoom and one in the living room.The ringtone can be varied both in sound and volume.I haven't had the time to adjust those settings.It's an attractive,neat item.The only criticism I would make is that I think the battery compartment in the static pager could be more easily accessible and I think the small screwdriver supplied for this purpose could easily damage the case and it is awkward to access particularly if the carer has poor dexterity themselves.As yet I've had no alarming situations to attend,I just like to be prepared.

Perfect - does the job of alerting me when I am needed as my husband is non verbal and may need to get my attention when needed.

Got this for my mum when bed bound. I set it up fine but my parents would not have managed it. Works really well. Keep alarms downstairs, in garage, in my Dad's bedroom (for night) & even in shed if out in garden! Mum can't press button on round neck alarms, but small square alarms let you pass your finger over the black tab - they're very sensitive to touch. Great! Gives mum security that she'll be heard if needs us. Well worth the faff of setting it up.

Wish I had purchased this before. It is a game changer for us!Purchased three receiver units and four push button alarms (but they sent 5 - thank you).My husband's health issues requires me to attend him when he needs me so I have previously had to stay close by around the house.Now, I can go anywhere in the house and garden and outbuildings and have the confidence that I can hear him when he calls. Life is so much easier.He has a call unit around his neck and the others have been placed around the house i.e. bathroom, toilet and bedroom. The receiver units receive a signal even in our outbuilding where I do my crafts which is brilliant.It appears that the instructions are out of date and this model does not require batteries. I just plugged the receivers into the electric sockets and everything started to work. No problem at all.Would highly recommend. I now get a good nights sleep too!

The instructions are great, if you read Chinese! Otherwise they are very poor. My advice is to keep the factory setting and ring tone, any attempt to change the tone does not end well! I now have 4 bits of kit not able to pair and therefore working correctly. The instructions refer in places to three buttons on the transmitter, I can only find two, a volumn and ring tone button! Will be sending it back.
