Will it fit a Chapin 63101 backpack sprayer?

I am not familiar with that particular model, but this type of tip is designed to be held on by a cap. That sprayer probably comes with an adjustable tip, and then a separate cap to hold on various flat-fan tips like this XR11004VS. All the different brands of backpack have their own guns. Is there an advantage to go with the stainless steel model (xr1104-vs) over the ceramic model (xr11004-vk)?

Yes stainless steel will last you longer.

Does it fit the Ryobi back pack sprayer?

Not sure as I have a Petra 4-gal sprayer. It was a tight fit for mine but it did work. Testing with water at different PSIs worked fine, today will be first attempt of lawn care products through it.

What is the difference between the red and blue? both have the same description.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your question. The red XR11004VS Extended Range Spray tip does 0.24-0.49 GPM. The blue XR11003VS Extended Range Spray tip does .018-.037. There seems to be a typo on the GPM for the red spray tip. Respectfully,
