IlfordXP2 Super Single Use Camera with Flash (27 Exposures) Black and White Film 2-Pack

I just really wanted a film camera and this was a good option. I haven't developed the image yet so will update if there are any issues.

I can't get this item to wind anymore. Would like to return. Not sure if it ever worked correctly as I haven't had a chance to develop the first roll of film. The 2nd roll won't load as it won't catch on the little hook on the spindle. Can I be contacted to return this?
