I've been using this product for several years to aid my digestion of milk products. It works well for me and I recommend it.

This is the best value lactase enzyme pill I've found! It's the same dosage as the comparable name brands at a fraction of the cost with a high volume of individually wrapped doses. It's really awesome because I don't have to worry about running out of lactase enzyme supplement anymore since you get so many. I like that they are individually wrapped so I can throw them in my purse for on-the-go use. This is my new go-to product!

I had to find a replacement for the Kirkland Signature Lactase that I guess Costco stopped selling, and these are just as good of a product. I've used them for a few weeks now and I've had no dairy incidents as a result of a lack of quality or strength, so I'm happy with the Guardian Dairy Relief Fast Acting Lactase, 9000 FCC caplets.

9,000 FCC Lactase Units each. Perfect!!I suddenly ran into problems when I failed to read the fine print on my old familiar brand with its usual price and packaging at my brick and mortar store. When one tablet did not work, I noticed the fine print saying that now 3 tablets were required, not the usual 1 tablet. Each tablet had been dropped to 3,000 units. (Essentially "tripling" the price and requiring more frequent refills which were now in short supply). No games for me!

Having a dairy intolerance while still loving actual dairy is REALLY HARD. These are amazing! I get a large amount of them for a decent price and can pack them individually within my bag, wallet, pocket, ect. I just have to take one 1 tablet before consuming dairy and my dairy intolerance subsides.Perfect quality, good price, and works just as well as name brand tablets.
