We had an indoor vent for the washing machine drain that would cause horrible odours when the water drained into the laundry sink. Saw this used on This Old House in a similar situation and decided to give it a try. Works perfectly, odours gone immediately. A bit more expensive than others but well worth it.

I needed a very high airflow, much higher than standard, bc my bunk old home was not set up properly to handle a washing machine in the kitchen. I was getting sewer fumes. It was gross. I needed a solution that didn't break the bank. So I ordered this, threw it on exhaust hole, and it's worked amazingly! This thing can handle the insane output of a washing machine. No Problem.
