I see a lot of people have purchased this to help with sleep but I was recommended this to help with stress and weight loss. Currently, I’ve been under so much stress that I’ve been crying every day since the beginning of April for legitimate reasons. A friend told me about this after I complemented her on her weight loss. She said she has begun to feel more relaxed and like she can handle stressful situations better. So, heck, why not give it a try… I’ve been taking them for about a week and although I still cry when I get overwhelmed, I also feel like I calm down quicker and can logically understand what caused my reaction as well as the situation in general. I’m better able to explain my perspective and understand the perspective of others and explain how both perspectives are for both parties to understand. Even if it’s just a placebo effect, I feel better about it so why not. Plus I’m beginning to lose weight again and my body isn’t constantly hurting after a hard fall on the ice in January. Personally, I haven’t noticed any bad side effects and I tend to always get side effects from meds and supplements.But as always, do your own research, talk with your doctor, and make your own choices. I went to the 1-star reviews before I purchased but also saw they were related to sleep and that’s not what I was going to use it for.

Have been struggling to rest at night. Can tell it's stress related. Idk how I found this product, but it has changed the game for me. Waking up rested and not feeling stressed. Wonderful. :^]

I got this 3/14/24 I took it the first day I got it and wasn’t sure about it. I was still tired and kept waking up throughout the night. I took it again for the second time 3/18/24 it did make me tired after about an hour of taking it. I did sleep very well. I did wake up to use the bathroom and had a hard time going back to sleep but once I did sleep it was soooo good. I felt rested and wanted to continue sleeping but unfortunately I had to get up for work. Only thing taste is super strong

I normally only write reviews for 5 star products, but this product made me so sick and it’s not returnable, so I wanted to give everyone a heads up at least. I bought these to help me shut off my mind and get sleep. The first night I took 2 (directions say take 1-2). It did help me to fall asleep, but I woke up 3 hours later drenched in sweat and running to the bathroom to vomit. I took a break the next night and then decided to just take 1. Once again I woke up during the night drenched in sweat. I didn’t vomit, but I felt terrible and I tossed and turned afterwards. I really wanted these to work so I tried 1 pill one final night and after a repeat I decided that was it. I gave them to my 19 year old daughter to try and she woke up very nauseous, hot, with flushed cheeks. I don’t know for sure that this product caused everything, but it hasn’t happened again since I stopped and I won’t be trying again. It is such a bummer when products aren’t returnable so you are out your hard earned money. Side note - my daughter and I both had a hard time swallowing them due to their size. If you have difficulty with that normally, these might be too big for you.

My dr recommended this to assist sleep through the night; I tried 2 nights in a row. While it helped get past the 4am wide awake, I’ll not continue. The REM cycle in early morning was very intense dreams, and waking is groggy into the mid-morning, accompanied by dry-mouth which is very unusual even though I’m drinking plenty of water.
