This is the higher strength of D3&K2 that BetterYou sell, research into vitamin D is now also suggesting that many of us have a genetic predisposition to requiring more vitamin D, so I guess in the absence of a move to a tropical island or year round sunshine holidays (I wish!), this is a useful replacement. BetterYou oral spray supplement are really easy to use and are backed by decent science that they are efficacious. This one small bottle will last around 30 days (3 sprays per day) for one person, which makes it very cost effective. It's also small enough to keep in your bag, pocket or glove box to have to hand in case you forget your daily dose of sunshine substitution. Quick tip: Vitamin D is fat soluble so if you want to make sure you're getting the most out of this spray, use after you have eaten some good fats; Kefir, yoghurt, Brazil nuts ('only 2 per day or you'll get fat' as my old GP used to say!) etc - unfortunately crisps do not count as 'good fats' which has been a source of deep disappointment throughout my life. This is a good product, at a good price, easy to use from a good company with impressive credentials and backed by solid research.

Tastes good compared to other brands I have tried, and really brings up those vit D and energy levels. Well, it did for me. People have their own things going on, but in the vit D arena, this one is tops.

I have been taking this supplement for over a year now and it has raised my vitamin d level to normal. It’s tastier than another brand I tried too.
