I hike a lot and these help keep my toes from jamming and my nails from getting lifted. After a bunionectomy, all of a sudden my second toe is a bit longer than my big toe and that was causing some real problems. This solves that problem. You can double them up if needed.

Too soft. They curled up and rolled off the toe. I was wearing stockings and shoes.1/16/17 I have been contacted by SMFHealth and offered a refund or replacement. I have to admit they care about the customer being happy but I cannot change my opinion. They did not work for my purpose.

My review is for the Povihome Toe Caps - Fits great, protects my toes in all types of shoes (dress, athletic, hiking, boots). They perfectly cushion yet they are thin enough to wear even in tighter dress shoes. I've ordered them twice now so I always have enough on hand (I just leave them in the shoes that require them). I've never had a toe cap yet that has torn/ripped or worn out so that's a plus in my book!

These were terrible. I bought them for my adult daughter on the recommendation of her podiatrist. She has claw toes, and this was an option to try to hopefully stay the need for surgery.My daughter is tall and lanky, with thin fingers and toes. These toe caps squeezed her toes so tightly that she had to remove them after only 2 hours. As she was rolling them off, two of them actually ripped all the way up.Do not waste your money on these. Very disappointing*** 12/11/18 UPDATE ***I wanted to update my review to say what FABULOUS customer service this company provides. They immediately responded to my original review. They offered to send out, free if charge, the capless version of this product. It arrived quickly, and my daughter has used them the past 3 days while working. She says that these are so much better, and she thinks that they are helping; her toes don’t hurt as much as they did before using this product.Thank you, Povihome, for your world class customer service, and a great product. We will definitely order from you again, if the need arises.

I am 6'2" and 175 pounds and run 42-50 miles per week. I developed a painful "corn" on my right foot (on the second toe next to the big toe) that hurt after each run. My podiatrist recommended toe caps, but he charged $6 per cap and they were flimsy. I bought these and they are spot on perfect. I put one on each "second toe" like the picture shows. There is no more pain and the corn is becoming soft and shrinking. I have been on several long runs (15-17 miles) and recently did a half marathon with the toe caps on. I am sold on this product.

This is my 2nd time to order to ease my worries of never being able to buy these again. The ones I was using are no longer available locally and it is IMPERATIVE that I have a cap for my toe that lost it’s nail! The size is PERFECT for my nailess toe. It fits all the way down and does not move, shift or come off until I remove it for bedtime. I wash it out gently and frequently and let it air dry overnight. My toes are more or less “deformed” from years of bad fitting shoes and stubbing them on everything in sight. I wear socks but the cap is fine without them too. If one has tiny short toes these will have to be cut down and they probaly will come off if they don’t fit snuggly. They are a wonderful buy and it is so helpful that you get TEN pieces per package!

I use these for running. I get some blisters from toes rubbing together in certain areas. I was worried that they would bother me over a long run, 8-10 miles, but after about 1/2 a mile I didn't even notice it anymore.

A wonderful relief for exercising/running with previous runners toes...cushions the toes and allows healing to take place and no more symptoms.I continue using for precautionary measures.

I bought these to cover my baby toe which was rubbing in boots and therefore painful. These are quite large and stretchy and really don't seem designed for baby toes. I wish it was not so miss leading in its marketing. They do not stay on. Maybe this would work for a big toe.
