How many tea bags does one box hold?

Depends on how the tea bags are made. I have 80 foil wrapped bags in one box

It holds a lot of tea bags. In each compartment, I was able to put 20-26 (a little over a box) individually wrapped teabags of most brands. VitaCup brand tea is thicker and therefore only one box of 14 fits in a compartment and only 18 Traditional Medicinals brand bags. You could probably fit thirty or more small-tagged tea bags. So, an eight-compartment container could hold approximately 160-200 one-cup tea bags or a little over 8 boxes, depending on the brand.

What are the sizing of each square?

each section is 2 1/5 by 3" and holds up to 12 square packaged tea bags. I love these! Nice display of all my packed teas. Then I have tins for the loose tea. Very nice.

I am trying to get this broken product either returned or replaced but keep getting asked to start the process and asked the same questions repeated?

I had a very similar problem with other items I needed to return during Christmas. They weren't this particular item obviously. They make it very easy to return some items but not others. I'm about done with Amazon.
