Sikaflex-113 Turbo is a quick-release glue with very high immediate hold and adheres to most building elements such as concrete, masonry, stone, ceramics, wood, metals and glass. It is compatible for gluing elements made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and extruded polystyrene (XPS). Technical information: Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C. Curing speed: about 4 mm/24 h. Skin formation formations time: about 12 min. Consumption: a cartridge of 290 ml allows to make 15 m of cord. Application method: Applies to clean, dry and free of dirt, oil, grease, cement milt. After the necessary preparation of the supports, open the end of the cartridge before or after insertion into the putty gun and then screw the nozzle. Apply in triangular cords, strips or studs several centimeters apart. Use only manual pressure to place the elements to be glued to the appropriate position before the glue forms a skin. Improperly positioned elements can be easily peeled off and then repositioned for the first few minutes after application. Press again. If necessary, use temporary adhesive tapes, wedges or accessories holding the assembled elements during the beginning of polymerization.Fresh, unpolymerized, persistent glue on the surface should be removed immediately. The final strength will be obtained after the complete polymerization of Sikaflex-113 Turbo, i.e. after 24 to 48 hours at +23° C., depending on the climatic conditions and the thickness of the adhesive layer.
