Swad Poha Thick 2 LB Review: Great product. I will reorder soon. I’m on a Dosa kick - This is great for quick dosa. Fermentation, no problem. I’m added it to sour dough in small quantities, and it seems to not interfere with the chewiness or air pockets of the interior, but seems to give the crust, some delightful added crunch! Not Gluten Free
When I received these I double checked the label and they weren't gluten free. This was my mistake because I didn't read the product well enough. I passed this on to someone who could eat it. The bag and poha looked very nice.
