Cedarcide Original Cedar Oil Bug Spray, Repels Mosquitoes & Chiggers, 32oz

I've used this brand over a decade and it's still my favorite. The cedar scent maybe a bit much for some sentsitive people for the first few hours but the product actually works. The scent does not bother me because I do not have a sense of smell.

I‘be been using this product for years. I love the smell of Cedar. It’s non toxic. It was developed for the military to protect food from from bugs in the desert in the Middle East. It kills mosquitoes by plugging their lungs. You can even spray it on your skin. Bedsheets etc. It’s nontoxic. A natural oil based spray from Cedar wood.

I love that this is all natural and seems effective, though I don't like the smell one single bit. I actually don't hate the smell of DEET, but this is yucky. Hoping I get used to it because we have a chigger issue in our garden this year.

Pleasant cedar scent. Spray it on and rub it in good. Use plenty. It will help the dog to heal.

Nothing beats Cedarcide, less toxic and more effective than the competition. Dogs and humans are very happy!

We bought this for the owner of a BNB who had bedbugs and fleas in one of the rentals we stayed in. We hoped to help him while keeping our cat safe from insecticidal sprays that he wanted to use. It helped knock both back for a little bit, but didn't fix either issue. Cedarcide doesn't officially say this works on bed bugs, but they suggested we use a fogger, which was way too expensive for us to use for someone else's problem. But, thankfully, by using the Cedarcide every night on us and our bedding it kept the bed bugs off of us and after bathing our cats, we got out of there without bringing either pest home with us. We used the leftovers for repelling aggressive mosquitoes from biting us and our cat (Cedarcide said it was 100% safe for cats and ours didn't mind it at all and didn't have any reaction to it). The cedar oil is very light on the skin and didn't make our cat's fur oily, and we liked the earthy cedar scent of it and hope to use it to repel ticks and chiggers while hiking this summer.

Moved into a home that was EXTREMELY rural. Within two days, noticed tiny ants. Yesterday we had an absolute downpour - and MASSES were coming into the kitchen under a baseboard and had completely enveloped my cat's dish. The spray had JUST arrived, so I sprayed the ants - DEAD. I cleared up the cat food mess/washed up/etc. and spritzed around the baseboards of the kitchen, edges of the counter, under the fridge... This morning - nary an ant!!!!!!!! I even sprayed a couple of flies that were driving me nuts - got them mid-air, they dropped like rocks! I love that I don't need to worry about my pets, human exposure - and it has a lovely cedar smell. This was money VERY WELL spent! With the windows open during the cool night - I sprayed all the window sills and door thresholds .
