Such a cool concept.
The clock works just as expected. My daughter loves the barking alarm clock. Took a little bit to get it programmed but once you have it done this thing, rocks!

Nice sleep trainer
Too much noise when the dog close or open his eye. But easy to use and set up. I like how it change color to inform to wake up

Great bed/sleep trainer for toddlers
Easy to use, can download app for directions. Battery powered or plug-in. My 3 yr old loves it.

It keeps stopping.
It keeps stopping. The connection disconnects from the device easily. We stopped using it even though our child became very attached to it.

Hard to set up and only in military time
The QR code on the box takes you to a general youtube video. None of the videos have words, they just quickly fly through the steps of setting it up visually. It's not helpful. But I found a printed user manual online that was much better. Once I was setting it up, I realized it only displays the time on a 24 hour clock. Since we're American and not a military family, this is pretty unhelpful for our child. He has no idea what 14:00 means. Overall 3 stars because the dog does look cute and the red and green lights will at least help our son understand when it's ok to exit his room.

Impossible to Program
I just spent a frustrating 45 minutes trying to set the alarm on the clock. First, I could barely even see the controls because it’s white on white. Then, I couldn’t figure out what the OK button was. I had to find a YouTube video to show me that it was the same as a lock button. Finally, I couldn’t figure out how to navigate the menu once I was finally in them. I reset the time accidentally, I have no idea what else I reset. And I think I may have finally set the alarm, but I’m not even 100% sure. I would not recommend this nightmare to anyone.

Cute and useful
Super cute. Love the eyes open. My little 2 year old loves it. Only down side is child can change settings and open and close the eyes as the buttons are on the front. The lock only locks the clock. Sleep and wake times work perfectly.

Mine was received defective. It also had no directions either. Dog looks slightly creepy but not terrible.
