Not much to say, but these are good posters that provide a lot of different exercises. You get what you see on the item’s page, and they are nicely printed on thick paper and then laminated. It’s a great value to get two different posters, and I like that they are printed on both sides with different orientations (landscape and portrait) to allow different display options. I hung my posters on the closet doors in my workout room. Very happy with these poster charts.

I love all the ideas and visuals shown on these exercise cards! They show how to perform the various exercises and what muscle groups are targeted. I would definitely recommend these!

These serve our purpose but they have very small writing. This has you stopping your workout to go right up close to it to read. Other than that, works well and should hold up with lamination.
