Cake topper is only part of what is pictured.
Overall, it's a cute product and my daughter is only turning two and will love it regardless, but I was disappointed in the cake topper because it only came with the family bit and the reason I chose this set was for the rainbow and the Bluey and bingo for the front. The printing on the balloons are also slightly off on the Bluey and bingo solo balloons but again, she probably won't notice or care.

Missing letter.
Unfortunately, did not have all the letters necessary to spell out the happy Birthday. It made for one disappointing set up for my daughters birthday after missing 2 bday parties bc of COVID. We ended up just placing the end pic in the spot.

Don't bother!
Cheap decorations and everything comes in pieces. Only thing good are the balloons. Save your money!!

Bluey Party supplies.
Balloons were cute just had a horrible smell of gasoline. I have no clue why.Banner not so much. Kind of annoyed it wasn’t put together.Cake topper was just a small cutout and two paper straws together. Didn’t even use it.

My daughter loved it. Cupcake toppers were awesome, each topper featured an episode from the show.
