Worth the purchase!
Delivery was earlier than the est time which was amazing. One of the best modelers I've ever had. Thank you!

Brilliant little device
Small intro: I am old musician, and I own quite a lot of gear (real amplifiers and modelers from Line 6, Zoom, Marshall, Vox, Peavey, custom made, BOSS - also pedals - yes love BOSS pedals). In case of different modelers, my biggest complain since always was: - noise - dynamics (not in terms of decibels, but the feeling yougot while playing - the was the unit reacts on your pick attack and articulation). I needed something cheap (affordable), small and light, and yet allowing me to enjoy playing. My wife (visual approach) told me - "try this, it looks cute, and it looks like my jewel box" (she meant brushed metal). I bought it, and I was blown away by the accuracy of response to pick/finger attack and the beautiful quietness in the background. I managed to mimic the sound of my old Marshall JCM 800 almost perfectly. And not only mimic, but mimic without the noise (sorry guys, I am allergic to noise and hum from my music gear). OK, as I could write a book about how it feels, when playing, I will try to summarize (more value for all you reading this, I believe). PROS - Price (insanely affordable quality) - Form (small factor, very lightweight, but robust - metal chassis) - Sound (yes, yes, and yes) - Marshall models are great, so are Fender models (I am less convinced with SLO-100, but I have it no more, so maybe my memory plays me here). Good, absolutely acceptable Impulse responses. Good set of additional effects. - Built-in looper and drum machine (I am using it rarely, but it's nice to have them) - Effects loop - AUX in - Headphones out - Included additional switch (so 5 switches in total, not 3) :-) - Built in expression/volume pedal - Good software for PC/Mac CONS Not really cons, if you consider the sound quality and price, but: - Effects loop only mono - AUX and headphones jacks 3,5 mm (I'd love them to be full size - 6,35 mm) - Expression/volume pedal is absolutely ugly limited (normally they go like 2-3 centimeters up/down, this one is maybe 1,5. It is hard to use it precisely) - No balanced outputs (I am simply using DI box) SUMMARY Worth every penny. For the first time I have a device that is very small and lightweight, but gives me the real possibility to use it (live, but possibly also in studio). I pimped my immediately with DI box (balanced output), pair of Headrush FRFR speakers (bought also on Amazon) and installed all on small pedalboard. If you looking for additional small and lightweight multieffect, or you are considering what to buy as your first one guitar gear, the NUX MG-30 is safe way to go. It sounds great and cost nothing. The ergonomics of this device is also perfect (the software for PC/Mac, and the way access to all parameters is provided at the device self is astonishingly well done). I will definitely keep it in my collection and use during rehearsals/small gigs.
