It broke after being on my purse for 4 days. The heart fell off. Attempting to contact the seller but I do not recommend.

The heart is cute and it's fine for fun but the crystal ball was very poorly and cheaply made. I actually removed it and used the key chain without it.

I love it. However the keychain is attached to the heart with a stretchy string I do not see it lasting long. If they would have sewed a small metal ring into the heart would have been better. I may try to alter it. Sad that has to be done.

I just got this in the mail today, so I'm not sure about durability yet, BUT it is very cute and looks SO good on my cute pink purse. I got the pink heart but I almost want to get it in every color. The size is perfect it's nice and big! I love this key chain.

If I was 13 or younger I would probably be pleased, however I'm not and feel as if someone 13 or younger made this. Definitely not the best craftsmanship. It is soft and it is true to color.
