A bit pricey but does seem to help with hot flashes. Only my first month of use. Ordered a second bottle and it takes several weeks to arrive.

This has eases my hot flashes but I continue to have night sweats.

After opening the bottle, the smell was in very unappealing. I figured, I’d plug my nose and take a couple with lots of liquids. The aftertaste was so bad, I threw it away.If you are sensitive to aftertaste and the immediate smell of a vitamin, go look elsewhere.Unfortunately, I didn’t take this long enough to even see if it worked. The smell alone was a blocker.

I have had hot flashes for years now. Insanity comes and goes because of it. I decided to try this just because it couldn't hurt. Well sort of. I followed the dosing instructions to take two pills in the morning and after a week it had made my hot flashes twice as bad, hotter, more often and longer in duration. I was going to throw the bottle out (the insanity has hitting). Had a thought to change the dosing myself so gave it a try (couldn't be any worse than lava hot spells). Laid off the pills completely for a week then after that week I took one pill every two days in the morning. Changed the hot spells to very warm and less often. Then changed dose to every other morning and was much better. Didn't remove them but they are not so hot, shorter duration than normal and fewer per day. So pretty good product once you find your match for dosing.

Seriously, this stuff has changed my life! I've never done a review for a product before but I will gladly do one for this stuff! Before I started taking it, I was a hot, sweaty mess at least 15 times a day (and that's probably a low guess). It was awful. I couldn't stay focused at work because my flashes would completely derail me when they hit. And I hadn't slept decent in forever because I was constantly waking up on fire. I noticed a huge difference after just a few days. My hot flashes started becoming "warm" flashes. LOL. And now that I've been taking it for a month I'm really not even having a warm flash. I had tried Estroven and it didn't really do anything for me at all so I wasn't too hopeful about this product initially but thought I'd give it a shot. I'm soooo glad I did. I would definitely recommend this product! I'd give it 100 stars if I could!

It’s not a cure, but, it does help curve the intensity of the night sweats and hot flashes. I’ve been taking them for 6 months and noticed a change within the first week.

Several reviews say that it worked in a few days, for me I started to see mild relief in about 10 days. Then subtly over a fewer more days less frequent hot flashes ( I was waking up at night in a puddle) sleeping better at night and less mood swings (was mad frequently for no reason!). I just finished my first bottle (2X daily) and my mood has been much better, not angry or mad all the time and my hot flashes are down significantly and milder when they occur. I would suggest giving it a full month to see changes. I'm happy and just bought my 2nd bottle. I actually got low on it and have taken fewer and my mood has gone back to crazy mom a few times!! I have struggled with hot flashes for over two years with all the usual complaints--- loss of quality sleep, embarrassing moments at work, the constant sense of disruption. Even though I didn't want to go on HRT, I finally did out of frustration only to develop a reaction to the patch adhesive so I stopped that. Other herbal supplements I've tried had no significant effect. I tell you all this because this product worked for me! Hooray! Within a few days I noticed both a decrease in frequency and in intensity. Now, hot flashes are a rarity in my life and I've been on this for one month. Welcoming back a full nights sleep and sweaters! Everyone's body is different but I am very very happy with this product.
