These stainless steel loaf pans are excellent quality! I received a set of two and they're both perfectly constructed with no warping. The 9x5 inch size is ideal for standard bread recipes and meatloaf. The stainless steel is heavy-duty and conducts heat evenly, resulting in perfectly baked loaves every time. They clean up beautifully - nothing sticks, and they're dishwasher safe. The smooth interior finish makes it easy to remove baked goods without them falling apart. No non-stick coating to worry about wearing off. They stack well for storage and the quality feels like they'll last for years. Much better than the cheap aluminum pans I was using before. Perfect for banana bread, pound cake, or meatloaf. Highly recommend!

I've been doing two pan method for sourdough loaves and it works great. I just oil both of them before putting loaf in. I have to bake a little longer than other pans but that's fine. Absolutely love not having to worry about non stick coating, and they don't have any issues with sticking
