Great product!
These are so handy! I love using these to secure catheter tubing. They are much more economical than using a stat lock and they are comfortable, no sticky glue. They are easy to use and reusable, it is a win win all around. I can't say enough good things about why I love these. Did I say you can wash them? Yep you can. Well worth the money. If you are on the fence, get them. They work and are by far worth it.

Didn't have to use long, but my patient was pretty wiley.
My daughter recently had a post-op temporary cath. She has some developmental delays, and hates having things (like bags) stuck to her. We had already broken a number of fancy expensive foley managers, and this one looked like it might do the trick - and it did!She only needed the cath for about a month, and we strapped this on her leg after about a week of breaking others. This one worked for the rest of the time, no slipping, no discomfort.

Works well with slight change
Two of these work well to keep tubing secure and prevent stress that might pop the tube out of the StatLock. The strong Velcro makes it difficult to remove. You can make removal easier by wrapping a strip of adhesive tape around the end part of each tab so that the part covered by the tape will not be stuck to the Velcro and therefore you can get a better grasp on the tab to remove it.

Good hold
Very difficult to use and if you have trouble with your hands, the Velcro may be hard to get undone.

Will it work?
I have a permanent suprapubic catheter so I was using the "Stat Locks" to hold it in places on my thigh. The Stat Locks were fixed on with a strong adhesive. The new ones I was getting the clip was coming unclipped all of the time letting gravity pull on the catheter causing bleeding. These velcro bands have been working great. No powerful adhesive to remove when I need to change it and it keeps the catheter in place comfortably. It keeps the gravity force from pulling on the catheter .

Very functional and better than what was used in a recent hospital stay.
I spent two months in the hospital recently and the fasteners used to secure the tubing would keep coming loose. Upon my release I still needed to have a catheter for another 30 days so I purchased the leg type and used these straps to secure it. They worked perfectly, and even when I had the catheter removed, my doctor commented she had never seen these before, and told her that they worked great and could be found on Amazon. Hopefully my experience will help someone else who is in a similar situation.

DO NOT BUY! Very hard to use.
The hook and loop material is VERY aggressive. Normally you would think that is a good thing. You do not want hook and loop material not to stick together. That defeats the purpose of hook and loop which is for the hook to stick to the loop. HOWEVER, this sticks together so aggressively that it is darn near impossible to get apart. So much so that in order to get it apart it actually tears the stitching that holds the hook tab that is stitched to the elastic, making the strap unusable.I am 75, fortunately I do not have arthritis in my hands, but even so, this is really tough to get apart. If you have arthritis, it will be impossible.
