I have difficulty opening a fragrance bottle. The cap is too tight. Any idea? Thanks.

I did too. I have a plastic thing for gripping jars and lids that are too tight. to help open them. you may need one of those. or someone who has a stronger grip to open for you.

Does it come with the pictured funnel?

All lamps include the funnell. Fragrances do not. Please let us know if we can help.

Is there a method to lower the flame? My flame was a good 3 to 4" high Thank you!

The flame is suppose to burn like that for a couple minutes. I placed mine on stove for safety. After a few minutes, blow out and place the decorative cover on to allow the scent to drift in the air. Depending on size of room, average is around 20-30 minutes, let it smoke. Very hot, so be careful. To snuff out, take off decorative cover & replace it with the solid top. My set came with instructions. Sorry yours didn't. Some people think it's made to burn continuously. The Lampe Berger is just like the La Tee Da lamp.

I have an elephant Lampe Berger. Is it valuable?

There were two elephant lamps can you give me the no. There was the round with Large elephants on bottom in blue and a small blue stripe with white elephants at the top. #3824 (2004) and the other one was also porcelain (3192) 2003. Both should be worth at least 100.00 to a good collector. Im not in the business of apraising but you have some nice lamps. Hold on to them
