I missed the fact this particular machine does not have the SSD most of the others have & it's a smaller one than a normal tower. It has been returned to the supplier & he has sent out one with the correct specs. Can not fault the service. New machine is here waiting to be put into service, just need my PC shop to move over my own personal stuff.Thanks, people at the supplier for your service

I plugged it in and got this. It took some time to get through to company, but no tech support available and no time frame. I had to take out hdmi, switch to vga and then set up before it would work.Additionally, there are significantly fewer USB ports than advertised.EDIT: once I got the computer working though, it seems ok. (Update, it was not ok)EDIT 2: Update, a few months after purchasing the original PC (which wasn't what they advertised), i started getting a fan error. They offered to exchange it. I now have a new computer and guess what...I have a PCI simple controller error.Two computers later, and they still haven't given me one that's set up properly or isn't damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...EVER - This company is a joke.Edit 2: about a month in I started getting fqn errors, diagnostics show no problems.The company agreed to send me a new computer instead of a refund, which I took.

This is my second time buying this product because my first one was stolen. Both times I have been impressed. Spec-wise the price is amazing and it works well for me running my DAW and running about 10 vst plugins at a time without the CPU choking.

It’s a good product, purchase for my kids educational stuff. Had an issue with wifi speed which was fixed by changing the adopter. Great support from seller in sorting the issue out. Prompt reply to emails. Highly recommended.

Upgrading from Windows8 to Windows 10 has problems. It worked the first time the the second time I logged in and the screen went black and took me back to the login screen. It a common problem with an upgrade from Windows 8 to 10. The online advice was to download a CD boot disk to solve the problem which I could not do as my pc was not working. It should work on arrival. So I will never buy a reconditioned pc ever again from amazon.

Slim, space saving plenty usb ports, can't complain at all.Would recommend to anyone
