What are these blades coated with?

I dont know what they are coated with, but they shave smooth. A good price on the blades.

Are these made for Gillette safety rasors?

Do these have gum points inside the wrapper like astras used to? tia.

I use both brands. I am not familiar with "gum points." I do, however, really like the blades. Perhaps, not as sharp as Feathers, but smoother. Ideally, I get about 3-4 shaves per blade. One of my 3 favorite blades.
