Duck CoversWeekend Mesh One-Person Travel Hammock, 82 x 62 Inch, Blue Shadow

I was looking to get a single sized hammock with spreader bars, and this is just that. I could see from the photos that the material was not made of canvas, which was ok. But I really didn't want it to be such a thin material. It was a perforated polyester type material, which I could see from the pictures however I didn't expect that much give when someone was actually in the hammock. Before entering it, it appeared to be too high on the frame but when someone got in it, you dropped to about 6 inches off the ground. If that's what a person is looking for, it's great for the price.

Very narrow hammock. The spreader bars are very small, resulting in a hammock you can fall out of quite easily. Other than that, I actually really like the product. It's just quite petite

I had high hopes for this Duck Covers hammock, but it was too small for me, I guess since I'm used to a two person hammock. Plus the flatter style design makes it impossible to nestle into, at any angle unfortunately. And naturally, the wood bar at each end flattens the "hang" out more than a conventional camping hammock causing it to be "tippy" like a canoe.

I was a little concerned about it holding but it is holding my 235lb booty. The bars are a must on an hammock or you end up caccooned in it. It is soft and comfortable not scratchy like some. Dried faster if rained on. And breathes. We shall see how long it holds up. I use it 15-30 min almost daily.
