Great insulation!
My husband can have up to 16 hr work day and he says it keeps everything cold. I’ve always bought him one with a hard liner and to be honest I ordered this soft one by accident. But turned out to be a very good purchase. Would recommend. Easy to clean as well

Perfect for long car trips
Took this on a 8 hour car trip with frozen food. It did the job wonderfully. We are very happy with this product.

It held water very well
Had some melted ice and it didnt leak. Just wish it was deeper. a standing water bottle is too tall.

Bag does leak!
Just used this for the first time since buying. I wanted to bring cans in the bottom and snacks in the top for a bbq. First of all, i could barely fit 15 cans in it, the ice totally melted after just a few hours and the bag leaked on our friend’s wood floor. Then when I went to pick it up the sides collapsed in spewing even more ice cold water all over my feet. I have several soft sided cooler bags and this one has got to be my least favorite. I thought the duffel design would be super convenient, but this bag is totally lacking in overall functionality as a cooler. I would advise anyone to spend an extra $10 and get a better product.

Perfect lunch box for work.
Not to big not to small. Will hold 2 blue ices and plenty of food and a drink or two.
