TipTopTemp, an attachable grill temperature regulator, turns any kettle type grill into a smoker. The TipTopTemp has a five-inch diameter base, a three-inch diameter second stage and is about three inches tall. The grill temperature regulator uses a bi-metal coil to control airflow to the kettle. The dial on top of the TipTopTemp allows for grillers to customize the airflow. The updated Model TTT-03 now comes in 2 parts for ease of storage and cleaning and has been modified for smoother movement and simplified instructions

Interesting product
After watching several YouTube videos on this product, I purchased one to use on my 26-inch Weber Kettle. What arrived does not look like what is shown on YouTube. After communicating with the seller, I have been advised that what is posted on YouTube is a prior version. The current version ships in two pieces and the adjustment knob is a plain wooden disk rather than a graduated knob. I assume there is a reason for this. I have not tried the item on my Weber Kettle so I cannot comment on the efficacy of the item. You will need to go to the TipTopTemp website for more info on using the item.
