Great little SATS monitor for the money!Othe first one that arrived was average - it measures blood O² levels ok..but not very accurately. It is easy to use, single button to turn on and fits adults and children.RhinoBrothers the sellers contacted me direct and sent a replacement which is very accurate, battery has lasted well and I am very happy with their service - thank you!

This is a great gadget!I have a heart condition for a while so keeping an eye on my heart health is essential. This handy tool not only shows the oxygen levels in blood but also helps tracking my heart rate. It comes with a cute case and batteries, so you can start using it right away and easilly carry it everywhere with you. The display shows the results in two angles (rotating automatocally) making it easy to use.Soo happy with the purchase! Would really recommend!

Bought this as my son has recently been in hospital with breathing issues, it arrived but didn't work, after speaking with the company. I was sent another one which has now arrived and works fine, gives quick results, is easy to use and gives me the peace of mind that I can check my sons SATS if I'm worried. Great customer service from the company too

Very easy to use, is accurate and measures your oxygen level very quicly. Device is very compact and comes in a nice case which makes it very convenient to take it with you where ever you go and use it it when ever you need.Also came with batteries so was able to start using it right away.Would definately recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Great little gadget. Easy to work and comes in a cute little case. Batteries also included, which is always a nice touch.Very reasonable price, would recommend.

Although clear and easy to use, the product stopped working within a week. Initially the Sp02 reading would suddenly jump to 99% from 85% and then it stopped giving a reading at all, just showed lines where the numbers should be. I've tried replacing batteries, taking the readings on different fingers, but to no avail. We need a product that can monitor the oxygen levels continuously over about a 10 minute period because we need to be able to adjust the oxygen flow rate accordingly. Unfortunately, it is not easy for me to get out of the house to take it somewhere to return it, so looks like I will be purchasing a different model from another supplier.

After much research I had high expectations of this well presented Pulse Ox and whilst it did well for my first shift, when I went to use on my second shift it just had a red line on the screen, I replaced the batteries using Duracell and had no issues since. Works well on all age groups even a young child (5 year old) and is as accurate as the ones we use in the nhs front line ambulance service. Excellent well presented pulse ox but use high quality batteries it seems.

Very fiddly to use. Does not always work.
